• Institution / school name
• Institution type
• Name and surname of the contact person
• Role / title information
• Email address
• Phone number
• City information
• Requested training topic
• Participant profile
• Estimated number of participants
• Preferred training format
• Information you share in the training request / description field
• Records of the communication you have with us in the course of the assessment of your request

Special categories of personal data are not expected to be shared during the training request process. We kindly ask you not to include health information, political opinions, religion, sect, association, foundation or trade union membership, biometric data or similar special categories of personal data in the description field.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving and assessing your corporate training request
• Planning a programme appropriate to the requested training topic
• Determining the training content, format and scope suited to your organisation's needs
• Carrying out training, seminar, awareness programme or collaboration processes
• Contacting you in connection with your request
• Managing the training organisation, participant profile and operational planning processes
• Developing Yuchisoft Academy activities and planning sustainable training collaborations
• Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation
• Protecting and exercising our rights in potential disputes

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through;

• The corporate training request form on our website,
• Email, telephone or other communication channels,
• Training and collaboration meetings,
• Written or verbal information provided by you

in electronic or physical form.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

• Processing of personal data being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
• Processing being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations
• Processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
• Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
• The explicit consent of the data subject being obtained where necessary

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorised persons and the relevant units within the company in order to assess your training request and carry out the related processes.

In addition, your personal data may be shared;

• With legally authorised public institutions and organisations,
• With the competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations,
• With the service providers from which we receive information technology, server, software, email, hosting and technical support services,
• Where necessary, with the business partners from which we receive legal, financial advisory and consultancy services

in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and only to the extent necessary.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for purposes other than the training request unless you have given your explicit consent or the legal grounds set out in the Personal Data Protection Law apply.

6. Retention Period for Personal Data

The personal data you share in connection with your corporate training request is retained for as long as required for the assessment of your request, the conduct of the communication processes and the planning of the training or collaboration.

Once your request has been concluded, your personal data may be retained for a reasonable period in view of potential future training, seminar, collaboration or corporate communication processes. At the end of this period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, in relation to your personal data;

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information about it if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad,
• To request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request its erasure or destruction within the conditions prescribed by law,
• To request that correction, erasure or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to an outcome to your detriment arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing
