In a printing industry being reshaped by digital transformation, artificial intelligence and sustainable production technologies, collaborations between academia and industry are becoming more critical than ever.
As Yuchisoft, under the "University–Industry Collaboration Letter of Intent" we signed with the Printing and Publishing Technologies Programme of the Marmara University Vocational School of Technical Sciences, we have taken an important step that will bring knowledge production, industry experience and the human resources of the future together around a shared vision.
The protocol was made official with the signatures of Yuchisoft CEO Mr Samet Soylar and Marmara University TBMYO Director Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ay.
Bringing Academia and Industry Together in a Shared Future
Within the scope of this collaboration, the aim is to develop joint R&D and innovation projects that will contribute to the digital transformation of the printing industry.
To this end;
- joint project applications will be made to public support programmes, first and foremost TÜBİTAK,
- academic knowledge and industry experience will be brought together in joint projects,
- work focused on sustainable production and digitalisation will be carried out,
- scientific publications, technical events and innovation projects will be developed.
As Yuchisoft, we aim to be not merely a software company that develops technology, but also an active stakeholder in the knowledge and innovation ecosystem that shapes the future of the sector.
Preparing the Printing Professionals of the Future for the Digital World
A number of activities supporting students in gaining industry experience will also be put into practice within the scope of the collaboration.
Students will;
- internship programmes,
- workplace practice,
- shared laboratory use,
- technical seminars,
- career events,
- and graduation projects — through these activities they will have the opportunity to prepare for professional life better equipped.
Thanks to the work to be carried out in areas such as digital printing, production automation, artificial intelligence supported business processes, Web-to-Print systems and data-driven production management in particular, the aim is for students to be trained with the new generation competencies the sector needs.
A Sustainable Knowledge and Innovation Ecosystem
Through the innovation meetings, academic studies and industry events to be held regularly within the scope of the protocol, the aim is to build a living and sustainable model of knowledge sharing.
As Yuchisoft, we believe that the future of the printing industry will be shaped not only by technological investment, but by qualified human resources, academic collaborations and a shared culture of production.
We aim to take the domestic and national software solutions we develop in the TÜBİTAK / MARTEK Technology Development Zone to a more advanced level through the strong collaborations we establish with universities.
