Following its membership of the Cardboard Packaging Manufacturers Association (KASAD), Yuchisoft brought the innovative software solutions it develops for the printing, packaging and corrugated board sector together with industry representatives at a well-attended event held at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul.
At the event, which attracted keen interest from KASAD members as well as leading managers of the packaging industry, industrialists, academics, technology stakeholders and public sector representatives, the Print Flow Print House Management System and the Digital Product Passport solutions developed by Yuchisoft at TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent were introduced.
The event was also attended by Prof. Dr. Burcu Özsoy, President of the TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Centre (MAM), the managers of Marmara Teknokent, Mustafa Güray Değerli, General Manager of Ankara University Teknokent, academics from Marmara University and leading representatives of the sector.
The Future of the Printing and Packaging Industry Assessed on a Single Platform
At the organisation held in collaboration with KASAD, sustainability, digital transformation, efficiency, green transformation and the effects of European Union regulations on the packaging sector were addressed in depth.
As part of the event;

In his address, Samet Soylar, CEO of Yuchisoft, emphasised that digitalisation in the printing and packaging sector is no longer merely an operational need, but has become a strategic imperative for sustainable growth, export strength and global competitiveness.

The Digital Product Passport solutions developed by Yuchisoft were also shared with industry representatives at the event.
Digital Product Passport infrastructures, which are gaining importance in line with the European Union's sustainability and zero emission targets, make it possible to manage the carbon footprint, recyclability, supply chain and sustainability data of products digitally.
